1. Booking of Community Centers shall be open for all the residents of Sector 36 & Sector 31, prior to the date of function on first come first serve basis through online portal.
2. KSSSBTGNS shall have the rights to cancel any booking any time without assigning any reason and full booking charges/security money will be refunded in such cases.
3. The timing of the booking shall be reckoned from 9.00 AM. on the day of occupancy to 9.00 AM on the following day and the booking party should vacate the premises before the expiry of the prescribed timings by removing all their belongings, tents, furniture, etc.
4. The booking party will be responsible for maintenance of Law and Order, Security arrangement, Traffic Control, Parking of Vehicles within and outside the premises during the function at its own cost.
5. The party shall not be allowed to keep their articles in the premises before check in.
6. Pasting of bills or posters on boundary walls is strictly prohibited.
7. No fire arms/weapons and Crackers will be allowed within the premises of the building.
